Community Services Our Leadership

"Education is for improving the lives of others and for leaving your community and world better than you found it." - Marian Wright Edelmans

As a part of our responsibility towards the community Neerja Modi School (Shri Modi Shikshan Sansthan) has started a project called ‘Nischay’ to provide education to girls below the poverty line.

Nischay at present has a strength of 500 students who are given free education and a nutritious mid-day meal. The institute is located within the campus of Neerja Modi School.

We believe that it is very important to develop a school community partnership to sustain this programme, if it is to have any long term benefit. In order to promote this view we encourage the staff and parents of Neerja Modi School to interact with Nischay on a regular basis.

Our aim is to strive for not only academic excellence but also provide the student of Nischay with life supporting and vocational skills so as to empower them with the dignity of life.
