News & Events
For the past 40 years, we’ve been celebrating Earth Day to call attention to some of our most pressing environmental and social problems, including climate change, biodiversity loss and dwindling natural resources.
At NMS, the entire school, whether it was the students, support staff, teachers or helpers, we all took part in our endeavour and initiatives to save Mother Earth by doing simple doable actions. Our continuing efforts in our daily lives will make this beautiful planet thrive.
A myriad of activities were conducted in the classes through which we highlighted the need for sustainability and becoming responsible citizens through art and craft, paper crafts, poems and slogans. Young students can bring about a big difference in what our future holds for us and how it shapes up. Educators have the opportunity to spark a passion in students that will drive them to do their part to take care of the Earth.
