The programme provides 3, one-hour slots with a 15 minute recess in-between each of the slots. The child is free to choose any one course in each of the three slots. Daily timings of the Summer Camp are: Arrival 07:20a.m. Departure 11:00a.m. The courses will be conducted 5 days a week, i.e. Monday to Friday. School Transport will be provided. Fee for the regular Summer Camp, inclusive of transport is Rs. 3000/-. Children who wish to opt for swimming in one slot in the Summer Camp will need to pay Rs. 3600/-. However, those children of Neerja Modi School who have already paid for swimming in the school timings will be charged Rs. 3000/- even if they opt for swimming. The options in each slot alongwith their timing are as under: Period 1:- 7:20 a.m. to 8:20 a.m. (Max. 35 Children in each course) Opt any one.
Breakfast available at 8.20 a.m. & 9.35 a.m. Please ask the reception for details. Period 2:- 8:35 a.m. to 9:35 a.m. (Opt any one)
Period 3:- 9: 50 a.m. to 10:50 a.m. (Opt any one)
No course will be conducted without a minimum of 25% capacity, the school reserves the right to cancel any course in this eventuality. The students will have to choose from the other options available. Bus service will be provided but the students will have to come to the pickup point. In order to get the transportation on 14th May this application must be filled and submitted by the 10th of May. Transportation facilities will take 3 working days from the date of depositing fee of the Summer Camp. All the school rules and regulations will apply in terms of conduct and discipline during the summer program. For the entire duration of the Summer Camp, the charges would be Rs.3000/- / 3600/- The student placed in a particular program will only be confirmed once the fee has been deposited. If you wish to enroll your child to the Summer Camp, please fill in the slip attached with this circular. Any change is discouraged as it disturbs the other classes. A fee of Rs. 35/- will be imposed per change in course. |
