Not only does it provide a place for students to belong, but is also something that will help their minds grow and help in their over all development. Music intelligence is equal in importance to logical, mathematical, linguistic, interpersonal, and intrapersonal intelligence. It is an art that appeals to the conscious mind as well as the subconscious. We believe that Music helps children to creatively express themselves and its boundaries are limitless. We introduce music to students in a way that keeps children from becoming one-dimensional.

Our Music department strives to enrich students in innumerable ways: socially, academically, and personally. Music also teaches hard work, teamwork, and provides a sense of accomplishment.

With all this, students of music, whether it may be at the elementary, middle school or at high school level, learn how to self discipline through study and practice, expression through sound, to cooperate and collaborate with others, ignite the creative mind, develop a critical intellect. Music is a discipline in which this obtainment of varied skills is possible .Students eventually apply these skills in different segments of their lives.
