It is our vision to educate the most disadvantaged girls living below the poverty line. In addition to providing, a solid academic education coupled with practical life skills covered with a comprehensive vocational programme, in the long run will ultimately make them self sufficient and independent.

We strive to teach tolerance, understanding, and true community spirit. We believe this is the best possible way to promote community development and thereby help all young Nischay Girls determine their future prospects and increase literacy levels. Our aspiration is not only to bring basic literacy levels to all these girls but to carry them forward, so as to make them appear for the class X Board Examination. We hope to bring about a significant change in the lives of each and every child.
