Kangaroo Kids 2nd Annual Function

Kangaroo Kids, the preprimary section of Neerja Modi School, celebrated
its Second Annual Day on 22nd March 2003 "Sweet Dreams are made of
these......" an enthralling performance by over 350 pre-scholars
was woven around the various concepts introduced to the children at
school. Little heads and feet swayed to musical compositions taking the
audience to a dreamland of fruits & vegetables, animals, insects,
transport, colour & seasons....
A house packed to capacity watched with awe as the children did the
'Caterpillar Wriggle' and the 'Butterfly Flit'. The modes of transport
came to life as the children danced to the tune of "Wheels on the bus"
and "Row Row Row your boat". The pleasure of watching a child's dream
and fantasies came to life was an opportunity few could miss. Teachers
backstage and parents in the audience watched with pride as these little
ones made it difficult to believe that they were only 3 and 4 years old!
