A Camp for
aspiring Cricketers at NMS
The Cricketing talent
foundation of India has organized a one month special Cricket coaching
camp at the Neerja Modi School Cricket grounds from the 25th of May to
the 21st of June, 2009. Aspiring Cricketers between the age group of 12
to 21 will be given the opportunity to get trained under well known
former International and Test Cricketers such as Narendra Heerwani,
Jayanti Lal, Former test keeper of the Indian Cricket team- Sadanand
Vishwanath, Arun Bharadwaj from the Sports Authority of India and Coach
of the National Cricket Academy-Mukesh Narula.
This is a combination of
a Cricket Coaching Camp and a Tournament. The camp strives to impart the right
cricketing skills in cricket aspirants and will focus to translate these
skills via live matches. This is a great opportunity for the
aspirants to gain first hand knowledge and understand various nuances of
the game in detail. During this tenure two separate camps of two weeks
each are being organized and every participant will be able to play four
league matches. The best performers will also be awarded. Four
exceptionally talented participants will be given an award of Rupees
fifty thousand each.
