Neerja Modi
International Art Camp 2009
Neerja Modi School had
organized Neerja Modi International Art Camp 2009 from the 24th to the
30th of December’09. This was the fifth Art Camp being organized under
the Neerja Modi Visual and Performing Art Centre with the kind
assistance of eminent artist Shri Vidya Sagar Upadhyay. The camp
endeavored to bring young minds closer to the world of Art and beyond,
also sensitizing them towards appreciation of the various art forms.
The camp saw accomplished artists participating. Along with the artists,
around 200 students from the school also participated in the camp and
got the rare opportunity to interact with some of the well-known Indian
as well as International artists. The inaugural ceremony took place at
4:30 PM on the 24th of December’09 at the Neerja Modi School Campus. The
final display of the Art work accomplished in the previous art camps as
well as during the present Art Camp, along with the Inauguration of the
Neerja Modi Art Gallery would take place at 12 noon on the 30th of
December’09 at the school campus. You are cordially invited to see the
accomplished work of the renowned artists.
