Puppetry Workshop

Ms. Leslie Gray and Ms. Camille took a two day puppetry workshop with the children. On the first day they worked with the shadow puppets. They worked with the body shapes of the children and taught them how the children could create various shadow puppets with their body shapes.
On the second day the two puppeteers worked with the overhead projector and created various scenes. They also used paper as a medium to create a puppet. As put up by them, puppetry makes the children innovative and creative. They also learn the concept of black and white when they work with shadow puppetry. The video shown by them to the children is ‘change the world’.

Ms. Leslie Gray is the director of the theatre company “Tripi”.
Ms. Camille is a member of the company studying in the university and helps Ms. Leslie Gray.
