Exchange Programme with Wanganui Collegiate School New Zealand 1st to 7th December, 2002

Recently our school had
three students from New Zealand (Rachael, Yasmin and Miranda) on an
exchange programme between NMS and the Wanganui Collegiate of New
Zealand. They came here to interact with us and to know our lifestyle
and culture. They were boarding at Mr. Dutt's residence. Many student's
invited them to lunch and dinner. They went shopping and sight seeing
with some of our class VII and VI students. They bought many local and
world famous things. They also visited the old Jaipur city where they
appreciated the architecture and temples of our city.
The three of them told
us about their culture too. They had a great time here, so they said.
They learnt to play tabla, enjoyed cricket and painted sceneries in our
Art School. They made very good friends with us but finally they had to
go back to their homeland although they did not want to, however...
