Co-ordinator of Chirmaya Mission, South Africa Branch
Swami Abhayadanand Ji an
Ex-IITian, is the Co-ordinator of the South Africa branch of Chirmaya
Mission. He talked to the XI and XII students. Neerja Modi School on 11
April 2008. He started by discussing the qualities of youth i.e. being
energetic, having seeking spirit and readiness to face challenges. To be
successful in life, one needs to overcome these challenges and to be at
peace with ourselves.
He enumerated the following qualities to be imbibed in everybody for a
fruitful and successful life:
(1) Fearlessness
(2) The ability to take right decision without being swayed by
extraneous factors.
(3) The determination to reach the goals with perseverance.
(4) One needs to be respectful, loving and compassionate towards others.
The students listened to him with rapt attention.
