Policies
● Several boarding options are available.
Students can opt for a seven days week throughout each term or can go home
for any or all weekends. The boarding fee is same is either case.
● Boarders availing flexi-boarding facilities
are requested to make appropriate transport arrangements and notify the same
to the hostel authorities in time.
● It is expected that all boarders are punctual
in rejoining school after vacations as per the schedule given by the school,
except in case of illness (to be reported well in time).
● Visiting guardians and parents are always
welcome but kindly notify the Hostel Authorities by telephone or email
several days prior to the visit to avoid unforeseen inconvenience due to
scheduled program.
● Visitors not allowed during academic or
study hours. It is advisable if visitors follow the visiting schedule.
● Guardians, visitors, friends are relatives
will not be allowed to meet a student unless they have a letter of
Authorization.
● Overseas students must submit their passports
in the safe custody of the director, hostel.
● Boarders can not leave the campus (for any
sports or other activity or illness) without the permission of the warden.
● All activities and study hours are mandatory
for all boarding students.
● Contraband items such as mobile phones,
unnecessary valuables (precious jewellery, gold chains, laptops, i-pods,
cameras, walkmans or expensive pens and watches) tools or knives.
● Maggie, Chewing Gum & Aerated Drinks are not
allowed in the rooms. However there is a provision for them to order Maggie
/ Mayonnaise Sandwiches in the hostel mess twice a week in the night after
milk time.
● Students will not be allowed to carry large
sums of money at anytime. Each boarder will receive fixed amount of pocket
money for outings by the respective house staff. An account of the same will
be maintained by the boarding staff.

Sunday Timing: 10:00 am to 12:00 noon and 06:00 pm to 07:30 pm
Doctor's Visit Schedule
● A doctor visits the hostel everyday and there is also
a resident nurse on campus.

Sunday Timing : 02:00 am to 04:00 noon

Thursday Timing: 07:00 pm to 08:30 pm
Saturday Timing: 07:00 pm to 08:30 pm
The school will get over at 12:00 p.m. on all other Saturdays
