The
world and its inhabitants have come to understand that no society
that seeks development and progress can live in isolation. With the
creation and use of technical means, the social groups provide
themselves with the material objects of their civilization.
This interrelationship of technology with life, society and the
environment has made this world smaller and closer and thus a Global
Village, where world is the home of all nations and people live
interdependently.
We owe it to our mother earth that nurtures us and sustains us to
give back its due. The best way we can do as minuscule individuals –
is to leave it as it is, if not better. Let us NOT make our
earth a dreary dead habitat but make it greener – a beauty to behold
and worth while to live in. Let each one of us do our share wherever
we are.
We on our part as concerned and conscientious members of the society
have undertaken various projects and programs with an aim of
igniting the young minds to issues of social concern which pose a
serious threat to our very existence. |
