The English lessons for
Grade II began on a very personal note, when the children
discussed their fears and how they could overcome those fears.
The activity was an introductory activity for the Literature Reader
“Mike Swan sink or Swim” where the Hero Mike tries to overcome
his fear of water.
The
kids painted their fears in dark and bright colours, trying
to paint the gloomy picture of sadness, fear and loneliness,
but with a positive note. The expression of their views paved
the way for a right approach to deal with the story.
