If Saddam Hussain or General Musharraf was our
Principal
“Our school would become a terrorist institute. In place of yearly
and half yearly fee structure there would be a system of Hafta
Wasuli. Teachers would be coming with A.K- 47s in their hands
instead of pens. The sound of machine guns would be the best music
they could hear and so on……”
- Yuvraj Ajmani (VI-A)
If I Win a Lottery
One day an astrologer told me that I would win a large sum of money
in a lottery. Since then I have been purchasing lottery tickets
regularly. My luck has not favoured me so far. But I am sure to win
a lottery one day or the other. I know how I shall use this amount
when I get it. I shall travel the World.
- Avnip Malik (VII-B)
The world I would like to live in
I will live in a world where there is peace all over where everybody
should not fight for this or that every five minutes. I want to live
in a world where all care for each other. Earth is very precious for
us. It is not just a planet, it’s Home.

My Neighbour
“Thy Neighbour? It is he, whom thou hast power to aid and bless,
Whose aching heart or burning brow, Thy soothing hand may press
This is a description of a good neighbour in the Bible. ‘Love thy
neighbour as thyself’ is the divine commandment.”
- Sonal Garg (VII-B)
My Last Wish
When I die, bury me deep
Six foot down where I could sleep,
Put my Math book on my head,
And tell them why I am dead
Place my Science notes on my chest,
Let my teacher know that I am at rest.
Put my History book on my right foot
And tell my teacher, nothing I understood.
Put my Geography book on my left
And tell her I tried my best.
And tell them not to cry
It was studies which made me die.
- Naman Bhayana (VII-B)
The Prime Minister I liked the Most ‘Pundit Jawahar Lal Nehru’
Pundit Nehru was brought up in the lap of luxury. He received his
education in England. There he qualified as a Barrister. Soon after
his return he began to take a keen interest in the politics of the
country. In 1929 he was elected as the president of the congress
session at Lahore. He suffered many hardships for his motherland. He
was a great leader. He was fine scholar and a great author.

My Talent
I composed a tune myself on my synthesizer. On 15th August in the
school orchestra, my tune was played. It was repeated again and
again, but I composed a big, lengthy tune. Now I am very happy
because I have discovered my talent. Although I have given three
programmes, this was the greatest. This is my talent, what’s yours?

From London to Jaipur
I have lost nothing, indeed I have gained much more. When I was
leaving London, I thought that in NMS there would not be as many
extra activities as in London School and I would not be able to play
my favourite game chess but to my great surprise NMS had chess! In
fact, NMS was no less in these extra activities. I went to MGD and
SMS School as well but as soon as I entered NMS it came to my mind
“This is the perfect school for me,” without knowing anything about
the school. NMS is not like a building as other schools but it
really gives a very nice and open feeling. Here we have Indian and
Western music. We have choices in musical instruments and games. We
always have various competitions and functions taking place. We have
an Audio Visual room in which we watch interesting movies like the
jungle Book, Pinnochio, Alice in Wonderland etc. On top of this NMS
has very nice kind, helpful and friendly teachers and staff. The
most important benefit of this change will be that I will be able to
learn and write my mother tongue Hindi I think NMS is the best
school in India.

Why I dislike “Sanskrit”
I can study any subject except Sanskrit. When I study Sanskrit my
soul starts saying if you do not understand it do “ruttafication.”
If you have to get good marks do “ruttafication”
- Anudeep Beniwal (VII-B)
If I would be the Prime Minister of India
I would like to drive out poverty from our motherland. In our
country there are 48% below the poverty line, so I will provide them
with good food, shelter and good clothing.

The Hockey Match
The school paid respect to Dhyan Chand the legendary hockey player
on his birth anniversary. An interesting match was organized between
the staff and students of NMS School. It was exciting to watch the
staff running along with the students to make a goal. Of course it
was the staff who stole the show but none the less the students also
played equally well. It was one of the most interesting matches I
had ever seen.
