Arts Day

The Fine Arts Department organized a variety of art activities for children of different classes. Children from class I and II prepared articles made from Paper Mache.

There were collage and poster making competitions for classes 4 to 8. This brought out the creative talent of the children. Some of the specimens made by the children are on display in the foyer of the administrative block. Classes 2 and 3 had the rakhee making contest. A variety of rakhees with different designs and decorations were made by the over enthusiastic children. Arshita Yadav, (II C), Utkarsh Shrivastava (IIB), Rishabh Singhodia (IIC), Shreshtha (IIB), Sanskriti Khandelwal (IIB), and Manan Baid (IIB) won prizes for the rakhee competition

An inter-house alpana making contest using dry colours for class 4 and 5 was organized. Children came out with beautiful designs and imaginative ideas. Children from class 6 used wet colours made from geru and chuna. Dushyant Katewa and Meghana Kumari from Neer House bagged the first prize in this category whereas Anubhuti Jain and Chetan Aggarwal of Vaayu House won laurels for Vayu house

Classes VI to VIII had the inter house flower arrangement competition. Saloni Chaudhari from Agni House made a beautiful arrangement using fresh flowers. She bagged the first prize.
